Processing Time
• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
• Custom Orders: If your order includes a custom or personalized print, processing time may extend to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure your fine art prints arrive safely and promptly.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• For international orders, please be aware that tracking may not be available for all locations.
Packaging
• All prints are carefully rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat in reinforced cardboard packaging, depending on the print size, to prevent damage during transit.
• Each print is also wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Shipping Restrictions
• Due to specific import regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If your location is affected, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
• Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
• Damaged: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
• Due to the limited edition nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
• If you receive a damaged print or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
